BHP ($150+Million, State of the art 2,500 room addition to existing facility including the complete renovation of existing central facility buildings to suit the additional rooms.) Village upgrades include a swimming pool, big green lawns, inflatable outdoor cinema, squash court, a sports field as well as other features. Such as a virtual golf course at the mining camp, three-storey cafe, a 3000-book library, a cross-fit gym and a kitchen for cooking masterclasses. All part of the $US3.6 billion South Flank project.

Todd Ovens was solely responsible for the supply and installation of a new mechanical service-air-conditioning system over four remote WA Baptist care Aged Care locations. Servicing was delivered to over 500 occupant bedrooms, plus main facilities, all whilst facilities remained live and occupied.
