Jody has been working in the HVAC industry for over 17 years. In this time, he has successfully managed several high-end commercial projects, ranging in value from $200k to over $10m. With over 5 years of applied mechanical engineering experience, he specialises in the efficient delivery of large northwest mining projects for top-tier companies.
His core service philosophy is to ensure good client relationships through continual communication with key stakeholders. Working with the likes of Roy Hill, BHP, and FMG, this approach has been key in delivering multimillion-dollar northwest projects on time and to a high standard – all with zero complications.
Jody also has extensive experience in Major Commercial Developments, providing multi-disciplined services across concept design, engineering, and commissioning, as well as major HVAC fit-outs for local Perth city CBD buildings. With a highly specialised skill set, Jody brings a diverse knowledge base to every new project.
Todd has worked in the HVAC industry for over 18 years with key experience in service & maintenance, iron ore mining sector replacements, personnel management, technical support, and project management. He has been involved in major projects across remote and local Western Australia, having held long-term Construction Manager and Project Manager roles with numerous National Tier 1 Contractors.
Todd’s previous experience in the HVAC construction industry has given him the ability to produce consistently accurate results in high-pressure environments. His positions have required him to supervise large teams, managing all project and stakeholder requirements whilst exercising thorough knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
As a Construction Manager, Todd has earned a reputation for excellent quality control, evaluating daily operations to find opportunities for greater productivity, growth, and smarter processes. Alongside a high standard of work, Todd brings excellent time management and organisational skills to every project, as well as an excellent understanding of financial requirements and budget forecasting.
